Corn Casserole

This is my favorite holiday side dish. It is very easy and so yummy. I get asked for the recipe all the time so here it is...

Shoepeg Corn Casserole
2 cans white corn (I have used yellow corn and it works just fine)
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I use Tillamook sharp cheddar)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup green peper
3/4 cup crushed butter flavored crackers
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine first 7 ingredients in a 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with crackers and drizzle with butter. Bake @ 350 or 20-25 min.
